A lot of people talk about growth like it is a solo journey.
It rarely is.
The best moments in my career did not come from protecting what was comfortable or staying inside the lane someone else drew for me. They came from questioning the status quo, taking on things I was not fully ready for yet, and learning alongside people who were doing the same.
Keep climbing.
Keep learning.
Keep pushing yourself into rooms and conversations that make you uncomfortable.
But bring people with you. I can name people from every role I’ve held to date that I tried my best to level up in one way or another. Sometimes self sacrificing.
Share what you know. Help someone else get unstuck. Open the door when you can. The people who leave the biggest mark are usually the ones who create momentum around them, not just for themselves.
We are all trying to figure it out in one way or another. The teams, communities, and friendships we build along the way matter more than most titles ever will.
Together, we do better work.
Together, we solve harder problems.
Together, we go further than we ever would alone.
